Tattoo removal is painless with lasers

There was no option for tattoo removal in the earlier days. Then came processes like sanding and acid methods which were painful and long-drawn. Thankfully, technology has advanced from the painful phase to a much simpler, yet very effective method. It is the laser treatment technique. Laser tattoo removal is much smoother and rewarding in results than the alternatives. Quite often, fade creams are also used as a cheap tattoo removal technique. They are very popular, but their effectiveness is always covered by a big question mark.

Laser technology is considered to be the safest and the most effective way to get rid of tattoos. The technology of laser tattoo removal causes from none to very little pain depending upon the skin type. It also depends on where the tattoos have been made. If the tattoo was drawn in areas near the feet and toes then the treatment may be a little painful. It is observed that the laser beam produces a feeling like a rubber band snapping over a particular area of your body.

The pain can be minimised in many different ways. One of the ways is by the application of topical cream, which basically numbs the area being treated. Plus, usually, it only takes a few minutes for the entire procedure to be completed.

It depends on the size and type of tattoo that determines its cost. Tattoos are mainly of two types; one is Indian ink or multi-colour tattoos and the other is a single colour tattoo. The single colour tattoos respond better to laser treatment.
